Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Barnastics, LLC may forward it to the original complaining party. Reservation of Rights

Barnastics, LLC reserves the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at its sole discretion. Barnastics, LLC may also terminate access to the website or services of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
